ANNUAL MEETING UPDATE
The 2013 Annual Meeting will be held April 19, 2013, at Bristol Yacht Club beginning at 6:00 pm. Drinks and dinner will be followed by awards, a financial review, update on the new website, election of Board of Directors, planning for the summer, and new business. These Spring gatherings have always been a hoot, filled with fun, laughter, and the pleasure of renewing our friendships. A prize will be awarded for the furthest distance traveled!
The meal costs $17 per person, less for kids. It is buffet style, and you pay cash in line or credit card at the bar. You will find it much less hassle to pay cash when obtaining your dinner. Please email Chris, the Club steward, at the email enclosed in the announcement below to let him know you and how many others will be coming, and what are everyone’s preferences for dinner. You do not have to email me. Ignore the phishing warning. You will get to the BYC website, and under the left hand lower column hit “email BYC”.
